This is one of the more confusing topics I’ve researched! We’ll file this under “advanced topics”. Here’s why.Ideally, your LH levels should be around 1.0 or higher on your peak day as the test line becomes as dark as a control line. However, some women ovulate below this level. You’re always looking for the last, darkest day on your ovulation tests. The only way to confirm O is with temping. U can get a pos. opk and not O. U can also get a neg. opk but temp rise which means u did O. OPK advised 24-36 hours PRIOR to O. By using OPK and BBT, you should forecast your O date with the OPK and verify you did O via BBT.
