Depending on what you're looking for, this is a great grocery store, especially if you want to save money. They don't have a lot of name brand foods, but their produce and meat are very good, and the store is ultra clean. You'll save more money if you bring your own bags too. Lots of items from China in frozen meat, also, mainly frozen stuff, nothing fresh.I haven't seen prices like that in a Publix for at least 10 years. Anyhow, it's not that clean and some of the frozen stuff there looks like it's been there for over a year with a thick layer of ice on top. It is set up like an IGA. Their produce wasn't bad, but prices were equal anywhere. My husband picked up some Mountain Dew, and the bottles cost $.20 more than in a regular grocery store.Haha! I'll probably eat my words when I go there without my reusable bags and a ton of items. Whether it's fueled by profit or environmentalism, I am glad that I don't leave Save-A-Lot with 15 items in 14 plastic bags, which most major grocery stores love to do.
