Obtaining at least 3 Magic roots at once when digging up your Magic tree in Falador is an elite task in the Falador Diary. Once the tree has fully grown, it can be cut down like a regular magic tree. The remaining stump can be dug up to gain magic roots.

Hard diary for falador gives access to the crafting guild bank chest which is roughly 4 squares away from the clay rocks. It is the fastest method for obtaining clay/soft clay for ironmen wanting to make teleport tablets.
