Litter robot 4 keeps getting interrupted.

Jun 20, 2023 · My Litter-Robot 4 kept getting interrupted on its first test cycle. Potentially the sensor needed resetting. This was a bit annoying as I had to keep pressing the reset button on the device (the one with a circular arrow with an X inside it). Keep getting a cycle interruption notice and a red light bar. Doesn’t try and restart after 20-30 seconds like the instructions says it should. Have to do a manual reset each time. Cleaned out the sensors with q tips and with a dry microfibre cloth.Lol my robot is arriving next week and I’m reading up on everyone’s experiences so I know what to expect. I suspect my younger of 2 cats will be very curious. I just introduced clay litter to them a couple days ago and the young one was playing in the pan, digging and scratching for no reason on the first day.Just adding that I also encountered this red/blue alternating flashing LED along with a mixed solid green/blinking red LED on litter robot 4 and what I did was remove the globe, and cleaned around the edges that lead to the litter drawer in the litter robot housing.
