This is partially because I'm not as quick with hotkeys as some, but also due to laziness. I get one lure, and fill it up. Then, I get five more and immediately hit the Teralyst. This usually leaves me with four full lures after the two required for the Teralyst, so I quickly get two more and activate the Gantulyst.
